Tests and exams can be a challenging part of school life for children and young people and their parents or carers. But there are ways to ease the stress, and NHS Choices offers practical information to helping your child tackle exam stress.
A service for men so that they can explore issues relevant to them, such as: relationships, loss, anger, work issues, fatherhood, stress, in a way which allows them to make progress with life's everyday challenges.

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, 2018’s Mental Health Awareness Week (14-20 May), will this year be focusing on stress. By dealing with it, the Foundation says, 'we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide'.

With WISH Plus you can receive a package of support for Warmth, Income, Safety and Health services - WISH. Services include: energy efficiency improvements visits; advice for those who have benefits issues and need help with an appeal; home security checks; and help for those living with anxiety or stress. Signs of good mental health include being able to feel relatively confident and have positive self-esteem, to feel and express a range of emotions, cope with the stresses of daily life and adapt and manage in times of change and uncertainty.
