Frazzled Cafe meetings are intended to provide a ‘talk-in’ place where people who are feeling frazzled can meet on a regular basis to talk and share their personal stories in a safe, anonymous and non-judgmental environment.

This February's Frazzled Cafe Meetings in London are on:  

• Stratford (M&S Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford) - Tuesday 19th February, 7pm
• Ealing Broadway (M&S 69-79 The Broadway, Ealing) - Wednesday 20th February, 6:15pm
• High Street Kensington (M&S 113 Kensington High Street) - Thursday 21st February, 7:15pm
• Marble Arch (M&S 458 Oxford Street) - Tuesday 26th February, 6:30pm

Please register to attend any of these meetings on the link provided. Spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis but we do also operate a waiting list in case of cancellations.
