Mindful Yoga

Mind in Camden hosts a weekly Mindful Yoga session every Thursday as part of their Healthy Minds Program. This class includes mindful movement/stretching, calming breathing techniques and relaxation for mental wellbeing. All levels are welcome, including beginners.
