This Recovery College course seeks to explore our relatedness to others and selfcare as key aspects in our health and well-being. We will look at developing our skills in looking after ourselves and how we can connect well to others. The course will run over four weeks with the aim of exploring the key role relationships play in our health and sense of well-being.
Over four sessions we will look at
1. The benefits of relationships (healthy and unhealthy relationships)
2. Communication (with a focus on expectation and boundaries)
3. Helpful approaches to dealing with difficulties
4. Developing a healthy relationship to self
Repeats every week 4 times.
