Due to the coronavirus outbreak our staff have switched to facilitating online group work with a number of cohorts to find out the best ways to stay connected, identify and give voice to their views and co-produce ways through which to engage in social action remotely.

Did you know that getting active is a great way to beat the blues and in Camden there are plenty of options that are free?

How about ‘Healthy Minds’, from Mind in Camden? Do you want to start a new fitness routine or spend more time outdoors? We can help you reach your fitness goals. There are Fitness Groups led by volunteer Sports Buddies, where you'll get fit alongside a small group of your peers; free fitness-focused events like Mindful Yoga, Outdoor Gym Sessions and GoodGym Fitness Groups; or you might be interested in ‘one-on-one’ sessions with a volunteer Sports Buddy who can help you work toward your fitness goals?

Camden Green Gym invites volunteers to discover some of the borough's hidden gems

Camden Green Gym's August programme is out now. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, improve your mental and physical wellbeing and learn new skills whilst improving your local environment. With a relaxed atmosphere, you can work at your own pace and there are activities to suit all levels of experience and fitness. Camden Green Gym works across the borough, from the wide open spaces of Regent's Park to some of Camden's hidden gems. Find out more in the August programme.

Regular exercise - part of good mental health

There are lots of ways to fit physical activity into your daily routine. With many free and low-cost options across Camden, the Council's Get active and healthy page is a great place to see what's available. Maybe your goal is to lose weight? Read about the Rebalance programme and watch the video. Or perhaps you are concerned about your health and struggling to get active?

St Pancras Community Association

We are a community association based near Mornington Crescent Station. We offer something for all ages, including outings, classes and coffee for over 60s in their Golden Years, Stay & Play and nursery provision for pre-school children, and exercise for all ages, especially if you're not so fit and need a little boost towards getting healthy.
