Due to the coronavirus outbreak our staff have switched to facilitating online group work with a number of cohorts to find out the best ways to stay connected, identify and give voice to their views and co-produce ways through which to engage in social action remotely.

How about ‘Healthy Minds’, from Mind in Camden? Do you want to start a new fitness routine or spend more time outdoors? We can help you reach your fitness goals. There are Fitness Groups led by volunteer Sports Buddies, where you'll get fit alongside a small group of your peers; free fitness-focused events like Mindful Yoga, Outdoor Gym Sessions and GoodGym Fitness Groups; or you might be interested in ‘one-on-one’ sessions with a volunteer Sports Buddy who can help you work toward your fitness goals?

Camden Green Gym's August programme is out now. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, improve your mental and physical wellbeing and learn new skills whilst improving your local environment. With a relaxed atmosphere, you can work at your own pace and there are activities to suit all levels of experience and fitness.
