Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities and mental health survey

30 June 2020
Survey to get initial feedback about new BAME and mental health factsheet
Rethink Mental Illness are conducting a survey to gather research and information to create a ‘BAME and Mental Health‘ factsheet. The survey is aimed at people who experience mental illness and are of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, carers and professionals.

We are aware that some people might have lived experience of mental health but also be a carer and/or health professional. The questions have been designed in a way where you should be able to answer the survey based on all your experiences.

We will also use the results of the survey to identify and highlight changes we can make to improve our services/resources relating to BAME and mental health. This includes campaigning for change on a wider scale.

Questions about your background
The following questions are about you and your background.  You have the option to complete the survey anonymously.  We will only use this information to see what kinds of people complete the survey. This helps us to get responses from as many relevant different groups as possible.
