What do we offer?

The Healthy Minds April - June 22 Programme can be found here.

About the Healthy Minds Community Programme:

In ordinary times, the Healthy Minds Community programme is a growing collaboration of partners and participants brought together by Mind in Camden to create exciting members-only offers from and for the Camden community. These offers are completely free to access and typically include Museum tours, workshops, health and fitness classes, educational opportunities and creative courses. All our activities are designed to promote wellbeing, community and connection.

Since lockdown, we have moved all our services online and are currently offering a range of peer support groups for people who identify as having anxiety, low mood, hearing voices or beliefs other people find unusual. We are also running weekly socials such as our writing group, film club and our popular virtual coffee morning. We continue to deliver creative workshops and, we can even deliver arts and craft materials that you need for the workshops directly to your door!

We are accepting new referrals (more details below) and invite you to join our ever-growing community. Upon joining, you will automatically become a fully-fledged Healthy Minds member and have access to all of our offers for a full year.

Don't want to register with us but still looking for free offers? Look no further, the Digital Collective has got you covered.

During the pandemic, we worked together with the Camden Resilience Network to develop the Healthy Minds: Digital Collective, your one-stop-shop for the very best FREE online events, activities, courses, peer support groups and socials the borough has to offer. To download this week’s edition of the Digital Collective please click here.

About the Digital Collective:

Born out of a global pandemic, the Digital Collective is your weekly one-stop-shop, listing the very best FREE-to-access events, groups, classes and activities from the Camden Community.

Everything listed within the Digital Collective are offers hosted by community centres, charities and other community-focused organisations. These offers are updated and posted on the Mental Health Camden website each week.
