What do we offer? 

Bereavement counselling for Jewish people. There are also support groups including:

  • Butterflies - for mothers or fathers who have lost a parent.
  • Aftershock - for people aged 18-30 who have lost a parent,
  • Stepping Stones - for those aged 40-60 who have lost a partner
  • After Loss - for people aged 60+ who have lost a partner.

The service has experience in supporting people affected by loss, including suicide, disaster, holocaust issues, sudden infant death, miscarriages, still birth and abortion.

People who are affected by the issues above.
What is the referral process for this service?

Charges Details 
Voluntary contribution. You are asked to make a contribution towards your counselling but no one is turned away for financial reasons.
Wait times and limits 
Sessions are 50 minutes and length of treatment is decided on an individual basis.
